I promise--the EASIEST!
We kind of OD on our guacamole around here so what should be a recipe for 4, works for 2. Chipotle can eat grass with its extra $1.50 for their tablespoon of guacamole. Hi Chipotle, yes, I am pretty sure we all know Guacamole costs extra, now can you just double what you put on there?! Enjoy this recipe, it's easy I promise.
3 avocados (love this tutorial here on how to pick the perfect ones)
5 cloves of minced garlic (yeah I know, overkill- we just love garlic around here!)
Handful of chopped up cilantro
Half of a jalapeño (seeded and take the membrane out--the membrane is the white part inside which is the spiciest. If you can handle heat, by all means keep the sucker in!)
3 juiced limes
1 cup of diced red onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Take a fork or a potato masher and mash everything together in a big bowl! All ingredients are by personal taste so add more or less of anything that makes you happy :)
